An intriguing shooting guard that remains uncommitted in Illinois is Prospect senior Bobby Frasco. He is a big-time shooter at the two guard position. Frasco has a quick release and consistent accuracy from three. The senior is also a solid passer that makes good decisions with the ball in his hands.
We spoke with the Prospect guard to see how his game developed during the summer.
“Over the past 6 months I’ve made sure I gained weight and worked on mentally focusing for my senior year. Also shooting while on the move and in transition.”
Frasco is excited for his senior campaign with his high school team including a challenging early schedule.
“This is the hardest working Prospect team I’ve been around. Losing four starters won’t matter because everyone wants to step up and fulfill their role. We’re looking forward to the start of the season as we kickoff with Highland Park, Conant, Viator at Viator, then Stevenson at Stevenson all before December 4th.”
Where does his recruitment currently stand?
“With offers from Boston and Brown. The latest schools Albany, Ohio, Eastern Michigan, SIUE, and Western Kentucky are all interested. My goals are to sign before season or if I’m not ready before January.”
He broke down what he will be looking for in a program.
“I’m looking for a school where the coaching staff wants me and where I can get a good education.”
