Nebraska redshirt junior Deverell Biggs has been charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
According to the Omaha World-Herald, Biggs had a blood-alcohol content of .134 well over the Nebraska limit of .08.
Biggs was reported to have been stopped at an intersection where he didn't move through several light changes. He then put his car in reverse and backed into a Mercedes which was behind Biggs waiting for him to move.
Biggs left the scene of the accident after speaking to the Mercedes owner without exchanging information.
The Mercedes sustained $1500 worth of damage.
